Santa Barbara Africana, Ezulie Dantor, is an African woman often represented as the Black Madonna, or the Catholic “Saint Barbara Africana”. She is known to help you dominate and conquer your enemies.
She is said to be a protector of women, a warrior whose power knows no bounds. People often talk about the great mother energy of the universe, and Erzulie Danto certainly fits into this category. Accordingly she is a mother who fiercely protects her children, and also keeps them well behaved. Protection from abuse, and betrayal are at the top of her list. Also called Erzili Dantor, she is a patroness of lesbians, and all lgbtq people. Therefore civil and human rights are also her domain.
Santa Barbara Africana Prayer: “Glorious Santa Barbara, my most holy mother. By your divine powers I have so much devotion that I admire your greatness & I trust you. Free me from sorceries, sudden death, take care of the surroundings of my house, evil eyes & envious people. Fortify my children. Deliver me from all danger with your immense power. You are firm & never back down because God Almighty gave you that power with your strength. I admire your power, with your sword you will defend me and with your cloak you will cover me. AMEN.”

Each time you relight the candle say a prayer to reenergize your goals. You can write your name on the glass of the candle to personalize the prayer. Use a black marker and write your name or another persons name on the candle. After the candle has fully burned down you can throw away the glass.
