Say to yourself, “I am powerful, I am confident.”


4. Heart Chakra: Bring your focus to your chest. Visualize a green light emanating from your heart. As you breathe, feel this green light growing, filling you with love, compassion, and forgiveness. 

Affirm, “I am love, I am open to giving and receiving love.”


5. Throat Chakra: Direct your attention to your throat. See a blue light glowing here. Breathe deeply, allowing this blue light to expand, clearing any blockages in your ability to communicate. 

Say, “I speak my truth with clarity and confidence.”


6. Third Eye Chakra: Focus on the space between your eyebrows. Picture a deep indigo light glowing here. With each breath, feel your intuition strengthening. 

Affirm, “I trust my inner wisdom and intuition.”


7. Crown Chakra: Finally, bring your awareness to the top of your head. Visualize a violet or white light pouring down from above, connecting you to the universe and your higher self. Feel a deep sense of peace and spiritual connection. 

Say to yourself, “I am connected to the divine, I am one with all.”
