Holy Water is sprinkled on or over the object to be cleansed, blessed or protected. Other traditional uses include, blessing a new residence when moving in, anointing oneself or others when sick or injured or before/after meditation. If you have a headache, rub Holy Water on your temples and scalp. Same can be done an any body part that has pain to anoint the body, pray the pain away.
